Documents Required

Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of travel
Two Recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background (check photo specimen)
Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay
Detailed Itinerary, including proof of air ticket and hotel booking.
Old Passport for proof of travel history
In case visiting Friend or Relative
- Proof of immigration status of invitee as permanent resident card
- Invitees passport copy
- Tax Statement of invitee
If self employed
- Registration of the company/partnership deed/Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
- Company bank Statement
Proof of sufficient funds:
- Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank.
- Income tax returns for last 2 year
- 3 months salary slip
Travel Insurance, minimum coverage of 30000 Euro per person
If minor; if traveling unaccompanied by parents, consent letter signed by both parents and applicant
- Form signed by both parents
- Copy of parents passport’s data page
If you are retired; Evidence of your retirement – for example a letter from your employer.
If you are a student; No objection Certificate from School or College
Proof of civil status; Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card
