- Change in travel plans
- If user does not meet the visa criteria
Refund requests can only be considered before document processing begins.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted only if:
- Processing has not yet started
- No documents have been submitted for review.
Once document submission or verification begins, cancellation is not possible.
